Founded in 2016 by Jamie Wright, Tupsley Girls FC has grown from humble beginnings to being one of the biggest clubs in the county of Herefordshire.
Jamie has been involved with both boys and girls’ local football for many years and has always championed the Women’s game which has grown quickly in recent times. Jamie saw the opportunity for an all-girls club having worked closely with schools and seeing the talent that was on offer. We now have over two-hundred players across all age groups competing in the Herefordshire Girls League and associated competitions.
We accept players from Reception age up to U16 and field teams at all age groups. We also have a Ladies team competing in open-age football which sets a clear path for our players and gives them aspiration and ambition. Please take a look at our individual age group pages to see what we can offer.
All of our coaches hold at least an FA Level 1 coaching qualification and anyone working with our players holds a DBS certification. We take safeguarding and the welfare of our players extremely seriously and have robust processes and procedures in place to ensure that the environment we provide is as safe as possible.
We are a community-centered club and appreciate the value that we can bring, and the value that we get from being part of the community. We hold regular tournaments and competitions which attract teams from all over the region.
We are registered with Herefordshire FA and hold FA Charter Standard Community Club accreditation.
